Will the 2025 Dongguan Marathon Still Happen?

After the postponement of the 2025 Houjie Half Marathon, originally scheduled for January 1, many runners are now turning their attention to another major event in Dongguan—the 2025 Dongguan Songshan Lake Half Marathon.
However, with less than a month to go before the original race date of March 2, 2025, no official announcements or updates have been made by the organizers, raising concerns and questions across the running community.
